Watery Radish Kimch 😍



Ingredients : 

Main : Radish with leaves (2 or 3 pieces)
Optional Side : Spring Onion (1 packet), Onion (2 pieces), 2 Chili

Basic Sauce : 1. Big Chili (5-7 pieces), Ginger (4-5 cm), Korean fish sauce 4-5 spoons(Canary or Anchovy), Onion(1), Garlic (2 bulbs)
                       2. Chili Powder ( 2 spoons), Wheat Flour (1 spoon), Big Salt (1 cup)
                       3. Sprite or Cider drink ( 200 ml ~ 300 ml), Sugar ( 2-3 spoons), Sesame (3 spoons)


  • Big Salt

  • Korean Fish Sauce




  • How to make : 

1.Put Big salt onto Radish leaves and pour water around 500ml-600ml. After 30 minutes, stir it and leave it another 30 minutes. Take out Radish leaves from salty water and wash. Leave it to drain water. 

2. Chop Radish square thin size and soak them in #1 salty water. Take out Radish around 20-30 minutes later when Radish is bouncy. Rinse it with water. 
 
3. Slice 2 Onions and cut Spring Onion and 2 Chili nicely. 

  • Make Chilli sauce:

1. Chop Chili 5-7 pieces, Garlic 2 bulbs, Ginger (4-5cm), Fish Sauce (4-5 spoons), 1 onion > Grind them using Mixer. 

2. Put Wheat Flour 1 spoon with water (200 ml) > Stir and boil it in weak heat > make starchy glue and cool it down. 

  • Final : 


Put all ingredients above, put Sugar & pour Sprite or Cider 200-300ml, Sesame, Add some water until water is 80 % level. 
Leave it for 1 day and store it in fridge. Able to eat immediately but better to wait 2-3 days. 
Sugar and Sprite can be added more or less depending on personal taste.
